I REALLY like this dish!
Do you have a favorite salsa? Do you think using different bands change the over all flavor?

My new favorite is the Great Value picante sauce (mild) from Wal-mart. I love the flavor and think it goes really well with this meal.
If you have leftover refried beans or rice this is a great recipe to use them up.

That's so funny! I buy Great Value salsa, too! I love their mild chunky salsa because you can really taste the tomato in it. For a bottled salsa, it has the best flavor I've found, and is the closest to fresh (even though we all know there's nothing quite like fresh salsa!). I haven't tried their picante sauce yet, though; I will have to try it!
