Another recipe from the Feed the Teachers pasta bar at the kids’ school.  Several requests for this recipe, which can easily be made vegan.

Super Simple Roasted Red Pepper and Sweet Basil Bolognese

 

This recipe couldn’t be easier!  I made this for a pasta bar we did to feed the teachers at my kids’ school, and several people requested the recipe.  SHHH!  Very little effort!
